Located on the 13th floor (Suite 1315), our tenant-only, newly designed fitness centers provides state-of-the art fitness equipment, a private yoga studio, and fully-amenitized locker rooms, allowing our tenants to get a workout in without ever leaving the building.
Tenant Lounge
Located on the 9th floor (Suite 960), the Tenant Lounge provides a tenants-only space to meet with friends for lunch or escape for a casual meeting. The lounge plays host to tenant events, like lunch & learns and happy hours, and is also available for tenants to rent for private occasions.
Conferencing Facilities
Located on the 12th floor (Suite 1212), our conference center provides to tenants ample seating for board meetings, presentations and private events. The room provides flexible furniture arrangements, as well as full A/V equipment and comfortable seating.
